Arran Dixon MRICS, Director of DXN Surveyors, founded the company to meet the growing demand for high-quality services in the Infrastructure and Utilities Sector.​

With over a decade of experience in the gas, water, electricity and renewables sectors, Arran has represented national utility clients in land and property activities for infrastructure projects. His experiences have equipped him with the skills to succeed as an independent infrastructure and utility specialist, offering a range of land rights services. ​

Arran prides himself on negotiation skills and teamwork. His dual experience as both client and consultant allows him to provide valuable advice and follow instructions effectively.​
​
Where parties are at an impassable dispute Arran is able to offer his skills as an independent RICS Accredited Evaluative Mediator which is highly affected Alternative Dispute Resolution option prior to costly alternatives such as Arbitration.
